inhale/exhale: take a moment to stop the scrolling and breathe.

here’s so so much to be anxious about right now. I made this animation as a cathartic way to visualize my fear and stress. But then to sit and breathe and allow for how I feel. The inhales have been sharp and consuming, but I’ve been working hard to exhale and release control. To find softness and centeredness in the things here and now, to take one day at a time. I hope you can too.
